Your name, contact information and other personal information is never sold or given to any other company's mailing list.
If you suspect that someone has distributed your name or contact information without your consent, please contact Eve Sutton immediately so the problem can be resolved.
Your name and experience with ONE-DAY MATH might be shared on the ONE-DAY MATH web site, with your consent.
If you want your name to be added to your testimonial, tell Eve Sutton exactly how you want your name to appear. Otherwise, a very general description will be used (for example, "GED student").
Your school might receive general information, in order to improve service to students.
Eve Sutton maintains a working relationship with schools and colleges that choose to refer students to ONE-DAY MATH. In order to provide the best support for students, and to maximize the chances for students to be successful, general information is sometimes shared with the school or instructor indirectly. For example, the school might be advised that "a student in the Pharmacy Tech class" was not told about ONE-DAY MATH at the start of the course, and did not find out about it until the midterm. If you do NOT want any information shared with your school, please be sure to tell Eve Sutton. (Similar policies apply regarding other organizations or individuals who refer people to ONE-DAY MATH.)
If you want specific information shared, including your name, you must request or agree to this.
There may be times when you prefer to have your specific situation shared with particular people for a particular reason. If so, you must ask Eve Sutton to make those people aware of your situation, and give a clear reason or purpose. At other times, Eve Sutton might ask your permission to share your experience with others, and you will have a choice about whether to give consent, and how you want the sharing to be handled.
Payment information is never shared.
Payments are processed through a secure server, and encrypted (hidden by codes) to keep them safe. Eve Sutton does not have any access to your credit card numbers, PayPal accounts, etc. If you have trouble placing an order, you may contact Eve Sutton for help in using the ONE-DAY MATH site, online ordering pages, and payment page. You may also contact Eve Sutton to issue a refund, which is done by mailing a check or by reversing a charge online. However, if any unauthorized charges appear on your bank statement, PayPal, or credit card, you will be referred to your bank, or to PayPal, to investigate the problem. Eve Sutton cannot see or fix your personal accounts because all financial transactions are handled by secure, encrypted systems.
